Hi John, I appreciate you leaving your thoughts here. I'm not sure if you read through the article, but the question you're raising is precisely the objective of my class. And by the end of the class, my students gain a deep appreciation of why the existence of poverty negatively affects other elements of life that they enjoy, including the outdoors.
